Apple-Carrot-Beet (Australian Beetroot) – Juice

Ingredients

2 Apples
4 Carrots
2 Beets (Australia beetroot)
6 leaves swiss chard – 1.5 cup (Australia silverbeet)
1” ginger root (1 tablespoon)

Directions

1. Wash all produce well
2. Juice
3. Pour over ice
4. Enjoy!
