This guide will help you to get the best out of all your oils by learning all the amazing benefits these oils can give you.  These oils will change your life!
FRANKINCENSE – Also known as “olibanum,”  is a very sacred oil and has been used in religious ceremonies for thousands of years.
1. Add a few drops to the base of your choice such as lotion, creams, shampoo/conditioner, and carrier oil. Use liberally for your daily beauty routine.
2. Add a few drops to your washcloth and run it over yourself during your final (hot water) rinse.
3. Add a few drops to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel and lean over to bowl. Inhale deeply to help with lungs and for a mini facial.
4. Put a few drops in your palm, rub your hands together, and breathe the oil directly from them.
5. Dilute with water, 6 drops for every ounce of water and apply to cuts and scrapes.

 LAVENDER – The most versatile of all essential oils. Therapeutic-grade lavender has been highly regarded for the skin. Lavender has been clinically evaluated for its relaxing effects. The fragrance is calming, relaxing and balancing, both physically and emotionally.
6. Rub Lavender oil on the feet for a calming and relaxing effect on the body.
7. Rub a few drops of Lavender oil on your palms, rub on your pillow to help you sleep and forinsomnia.
8. Put a few drops of Lavender oil on a sting or insect bite to stop itching and reduce swelling.
9. Inhale deeply to help alleviate the symptoms of hay fever.
10. Place a drop of Lavender oil on the end of the tongue, around the navel or behind the ears to alleviate the symptoms of motion sickness
11. Put a few drops on a rag and apply over eyes for relaxation.
12. Put one drop of Lavender oil on a cut to stop the bleeding.

PEPPERMINT – One of the oldest and most highly regarded herbs for soothing digestion. Jean Valnet, M.D., studied peppermint’s effect on the liver and respiratory systems. Dr. William N. December of the University of Cincinnati studied peppermint’s ability to improve concentration and mental accuracy. Alan Hirsch, M.D., studied peppermint’s ability to directly affect the brain’s satiety center, which triggers a sense of fullness after meals.
40. Headaches:  A few drops of peppermint oil massaged around the temples, the base of the skull and along the hairline will help chase away a headache.
41 .Eliminate Bad Breath/Halitosis:  Bad breath is typically a symptom of some underlying factor.  If the issue is digestive, 4 drops of peppermint oil diluted with water and swished in the mouth like mouthwash will bring relief.
42. Cool a Fever or just help keep cool when it’s hot.  A few drops of peppermint mixed with carrier oil and applied to the torso can reduce body temperature by 3 degrees in minutes. You can also place a few drops of oil on a wet washcloth and apply head to toe to comfort and cool a fevered body.
43. Soothe a Stomach Ache by putting one drop in a large glass of water and drink up.
44. Reduce Bloating by rubbing on the stomach to help with bloating caused by gas and indigestion.
45. Rub a drop of peppermint oil on the abdomen or place a drop in a cup of hot water and sip it to combat Nausea.
46. Apply peppermint oil to stop itching caused by bug bites, hives, poison ivy or poison oak.
Combined with carrier oil and massaged over the lower abdomen, peppermint will relieve the constipation and get things moving again.
47. Place cotton balls with peppermint in areas around your home where ants like to congregate.  Ants do not like peppermint (and by the way, neither do raccoons or mice).
48. Place peppermint oil on a cotton ball or cotton pad and place in areas where you find spiders.  Better yet, make a peppermint bug spray.  Add 4-5 drops of peppermint essential oil to water in a spray bottle.  This also works to get rid of aphids in the garden.
49. Soak some peppermint oil on a q-tip then dab on the tick.  Look for the tick to withdraw its head and then remove it.
50. Mix 10 drops each of peppermint, lavender and rosemary oil with 2 tablespoons of carrier oil.  Massage away your aches and pains from tendonitis and joint pain.
51. Combine lavender, peppermint and lemon essential oils together with some carrier oil and rub on the bottoms of the feet, the back of the neck and across the forehead to fight allergies.

PANAWAY – A blend of wintergreen, which has an active constituent similar to cortisone; clove, which contains eugenol, used by dentists to numb gums; peppermint, which is calming for nerves; and helichrysum, which is soothing for localized discomfort. This blend was created by Gary Young following an injury that severely tore the ligaments in his leg.
65. Use on injuries to muscles and ligaments to promote healing. Always dilute one drop of oil to one drop of carrier oil.
66. Dilute in coconut oil and use for a massage to help with pain in muscles and joints.
67. Dilute and use two drops of oil on painful joints due to Arthritis.
68. Apply two diluted drops of oil topically on an injured area to reduce inflammation and bruising.
69. Apply two diluted drops of oil topically to sore muscles after exercising.
70. Rub a drop of diluted oil on the temples, forehead and back of the neck to relieve a headache.

PURIFICATION – An antiseptic blend of Citronella, lemongrass, rosemary, melaleuca, lavandin and myrtle, formulated for diffusing to purify and cleanse the air and neutralize mildew, cigarette smoke and disagreeable odors
74. Add a few drops to water and put in a mister bottle. Spray to repel insects.
75. Put on a cotton ball and leave in smelly shoes to deodorize.
76. Apply directly to skin for relief from bug bites and small cuts and scratches.
77. Put on cotton ball and leave in air vent to purify air
78. Add to Laundry to deodorize.
79. Diffuse in room to dispel bad energy.

82. Massage a few drops of oil onto wrists or stomach every few hours or as needed to prevent illness.

84. For overall immune booster and disinfectant for house or car use a diffuser to easily inhale the oil and disinfect air.

Washing with water   is less effective.     Use only one new oil or oil blend at a time to determine how your body responds. Wait 30 minutes before using or implanting another new oil.
