Superseeds Salad
Details
In this tasty superseeds salad recipe it features shelled hemps seeds, which are high in fibre, omega-3 fatty acids, amino acids, proteins and phytonutrients. The other superseed, chia seeds are crunchy, nutrient-dense and can help slow down the aging process, balance blood sugar levels and boost your immune system.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of sunflower seeds, pre-soaked for 4-6 hours
- 3 tablespoons of organic shelled hemp seeds
- 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 1 teaspoon of organic chia seeds
- 1/2 a teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 a teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup of tomatoes
- Rocket or mixed salad
Preparation

Soak your sunflower seeds for around 4 hours.
When they have been soaked put them into a food processor. Also put into the food processor your other ingredients of shelled hemp seeds, apple cider vinegar, chia seeds, paprika, Himalayan pink salt, cayenne pepper and water. Blitz all together until a smooth texture and you will have your superseed salad mix.
Chop up around 1 cup of tomatoes and put into a bowl. Put your superseed salad mix in with the tomatoes and gently stir together.
Prepare some mixed salad on plate and place your tomatoes and superseed salad mix over the mixed salad. Top with some avocado to complete the dish.
